ATXPERT is engaged in providing large, specialized and complex network infrastructure solution to MNC, Telecommunication, ISP and ICT service market domestically and internationally partnering with leading networking & security vendors and pool of highly expert technical personnel.
This project scope was to design, develop and deploy a corporate web portal for ATXPERT using php, Jquery, Mysql and Bootstrap technologies. Integrated with CRM application the portal manages the customer relationship management function along with ticket management (auto create ticket when customer submits a request via web form or via Emails) and social media integration. A great deal of emphasis has been given to the infographics and UIs.
One of the key requirement for the portal was to ensure it is fully compliant to SEO needs, so that it easily achieves top ranks in google/yahoo/bingo search engines. Appropriate SEO plug in is used so that admin can define and update the keywords, meta data for every page based on search engine optimization needs.
