Registration of AT Expert Hardware Asset(Models, Serial Numbers, Purchase from (Vendor Details), Yearly Renew dates etc.
Registration of AT Expert Clients(Company Details, Support Contract Periods, Support Scope..)
Ticket Management system integrated Auto Create Ticket when customer submits an e-mail to support@atxpert.com.
Auto Create Ticket when customer submits Request via Web form and backend customer service user will tag the ticket to AT-Xpert Client list and view the Support Contract details and Scope and SLA
Backend Customer Service User Close Ticket after resolution and update Reason, Resolution Details + Man Hours spent. This could be reduced from Contracted Man Hours/Days if Tagged to Atxpert Client.
